WHEN: Monday Night's from 6:00-7:30 PM

*Starting on Monday, September 10th and concluding on October 29th.
*Actual dates for the Fall Training Camp are:

--September 10, 17, 24

--October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

LOCATION: IM Sports West Building (Michigan State University Wrestling Room)

393 Chestnut Road

East Lansing, MI 48824

**Parking is available it the pay lot located directly on the North side of

the building.

CAMP: This camp will focus on on getting prepared for all the preseason events. There

will be technique, drilling, live wrestling, & conditioning involved with each

session.

INSTRUCTORS: The lead instructor for the camp will be Coach Chris Williams and he will be

assisted by rest of the Spartan Coaching Staff.

COST: $100.00 for all 8 session (must pay on day 1) or $15.00 if paying per practice
